In case of accident cause by the hirer, he has to pay the insurance amount in addition to the daily rent till the vehicle competently repaired.

في حالة وقوع حادث من قبل المستأجر، يجب عليه دفع مبلغ التأمين بالإضافة إلى الإيجار اليومي حتى يتم إصلاح المركبة بشكل كامل.

Renter agrees that in case of an accident renter must obtain a police report & report to the owner within a reasonable time. In case of failure of the renter to obtain a police report, the owner or insurance company shall not cover any liabilities or damages. The renter shall be fully responsible for such damages.

يوافق المستأجر على أنه في حالة وقوع حادث، يجب على المستأجر الحصول على شرطة إبلاغ وإبلاغ المالك في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة. في حالة الفشل من المستأجر للحصول على تقرير الشرطة أو المالك أو شركة التأمين لا تغطي أي التزامات أو أضرار. يجب أن يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً مسؤولية كاملة لمثل هذه الأضرار.

If any accident occurred because the "Driver" was influenced by alcohol or any other substitute having the same effect, then he has to pay complete compensation for all the damages occurred to the vehicle.

إذا وقع أي حادث بسبب تأثر "السائق" بالكحول أو بأي بديل آخر له نفس الأثر فعليه أن يدفع تعويضاً كاملاً عن جميع الأضرار التي لحقت بالمركبة.

Hirer is responsible to pay for repair and daily rent for the period of non-work due to an accident or technical trouble occurred because of carelessness, negligence or intention of hirer.

يكون المستأجر مسؤول عن دفع أجرة الإصلاح والإيجار اليومي عن مدة التوقف عن العمل بسبب حادث أو مشكلة فنية حدثت بسبب إهمال أو تقصير أو نية المستأجر.

The hirer agrees to pay for all traffic fines and parking company reserve the right within one year of the end of such rental to claim any such unpaid amount from the hirer.

يلحق خلال سنة واحدة من نهاية هذا الإيجار في المطالبة بأي مبلغ غير مدفوع من المستأجر.

It is hereby agreed upon between the hirer and the company that in case of a "Total Loss" (Vehicle beyond economical repairs) the hirer agrees to pay to the company 50% of the total insured value of the vehicle, if the vehicle is less than 12 months.

من المتفق عليه بموجبه بين المستأجر والشركة أنه في حالة "الخسارة الكلية" (بأن تكون المركبة خارج الإصلاحات الاقتصادية) فإن المستأجر يوافق على أن يدفع للشركة 50% من إجمالي قيمة السيارة المؤمن عليها، إذا كانت المركبة بعمر أقل من 12 شهراً.

In case of accident or technical trouble, hirer has to inform the rent office, hirer is not allowed to repair without informing the rent office.

في حالة وقوع حادث أو مشكلة فنية، يجب على المستأجر إبلاغ مكتب الإيجار ولا يجوز للمستأجر إصلاحه دون إفادة مكتب الإيجار.

Hirer is not allowed to use the vehicle to draw another vehicle or use it races, he will be responsible for any damage due to that.

لا يجوز للمستأجر استخدام المركبة في سحب مركبة أخرى أو استخدامها في السباقات وسيكون مسؤولاً عن أي ضرر ناتج عن ذلك.

Hirer is not allowed to handover vehicle to unlicensed driver or a person less than 25 years old "Driver License" otherwise he/she will be responsible for all caused of damages.

لا يُسمح للمستأجر بتسليم المركبة إلى سائق لا يحمل رخصة قيادة أو شخص يقل عمره عن 25 عاماً أو لأي شخص يحمل "رخصة قيادة" منذ عام واحد وإلا فسيكون مسؤولاً عن جميع الأضرار الناتجة.

No permission to use the vehicle outside U.A.E vehicle insurance policy is valid inside the U.A.E only.

تبرأ الشركة نفسها أو تتبرأ من أي مسؤولية عن أي أموال نقدية أو متعلقات قيّمة تخص المستأجر والتي قد تُفقد أثناء وجود المركبة في حيازته / حيازتها أو بعد كامل فترة الاستئجار.

Extend of "Rental Agreement" prior written approval from "SIRIUS CAR RENTAL".

لا يوجد تصريح بأن يتم استخدام المركبة خارج دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة حيث أن بوليصة التأمين على المركبات سارية داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.

The company absolves itself of any responsibility for any cash or valuables belonging to the hirer that may be lost while the vehicle is in his / her possession or after the entire period of the hire.

يتم تمديد "اتفاقية الإيجار" عن طريق موافقة خطية مسبقة من سيريوس لتأجير السيارات.

The hirer must ensure that the vehicle is parked in the safe & secured place when it is not in use; any damage caused to the vehicle including damage due to acts of nature will be the sole responsibility any liability of the hirer as the same can't be claim from the insurance.

يجب على المستأجر التأكد من أن المركبة يتم ركنها/إيقافها في مكان آمن ومؤمّن عندما لا تكون قيد الاستخدام، وسيكون المستأجر هو المسؤول الوحيد عن أي ضرر يلحق بالمركبة ما في ذلك الضرر الناجم عن أفعال الطبيعة حيث لا يمكن المطالبة بقيمة ذلك من شركة التأمين.

One day hire mean 24 Hours and extra hours will be calculated as full day and the month is 30 days.

الإيجار ليوم واحد يعني 24 ساعة والساعات الإضافية ستُحسب على أنها يوم كامل ويتم حساب الشهر على انه 30 يوماً.

Hirer should not sub hire the vehicle.

يجب ألا يؤجر المستأجر المركبة من الباطن.

Hirer is responsible for all damages and repairs that occur to the vehicle within the hire period and he will pay the full amount of the contract until damage repair.

المستأجر مسؤول عن جميع الأضرار والإصلاحات التي تحدث للمركبة خلال فترة الاستئجار وسيدفع كامل مبلغ العقد حتى يتم إصلاح التلف.

The hirer undertakes not to stick colored or tint windows on the vehicle glass or any other sticker of the vehicle body. Otherwise hirer should pay compensation of AED 10,000/- "SIRIUS CAR RENTAL" and will bear alone the full responsibility in front of the concerned authorities.

يتعهد المستأجر بعدم لصق النوافذ الملونة أو المصبوغة على زجاج السيارة أو أي ملصق آخر على جسم المركبة وإلا سيتعين على المستأجر دفع تعويض قدره 10,000 درهم إلى شركة "سيريوس لتأجير السيارات" وسيتحمل وحده المسؤولية الكاملة أمام السلطات المعنية.

The hirer allowed to drive 250 Kms on the rent day and he/she will be charged "20 Dirhams" per extra kilometers above that.

يُسمح للمستأجر بقيادة السيارة 250 كم في يوم الإيجار وسيتم فرض عليه / عليها مبلغ "20 درهماً" لكل كيلومتر إضافي يزيد عن ذلك.

In case of the robbery or vehicle born the hirer will pay the rent amount till the insurance claim issued.

في حالة السطو على المركبة وسرقتها، يدفع المستأجر مبلغ الإيجار حتى صدور مطالبة التأمين.

The office has all the right to confiscate the vehicle at any time without prior warning.

للمكتب الحق في مصادرة المركبة في أي وقت دون سابق إنذار.

Customer will hold all payments liabilities for courts of law besides daily rent will stick arise until case is over.

سيحتفظ العميل بجميع التزامات الدفع للمحاكم إلى جانب الإيجار اليومي الذي سيظهر حتى تنتهي القضية.

The tenant is required to pay a security deposit according to the agreement with the office. A security deposit in the event that it is in cash or through hold from the bank card, which will be returned after 30 working days from the date of returning a car.

يلتزم المستأجر بدفع مبلغ تأمين حسب الاتفاقية مع المكتب، ويتم إرجاع وديعة تأمين في حالة كونها نقدية أو من خلال حجز من البطاقة البنكية بعد 30 يوم عمل من تاريخ إعادة السيارة.

Renter shall not use the rented vehicle for any driving training activity. renter shall not smoke or be with any inflammable material in the vehicle, any violation of this provision will attract a fine of AED 1000 by the owner.

لا يجوز للمستأجر استخدام السيارة المستأجرة في أي نشاط تدريب على القيادة يجب ألا يدخن المستأجر أو يكون مع أي مادة ملتهبة في السيارة أي مخالفة لهذا الحكم ستترتب عليه غرامة قدرها 1000 درهم من قبل المالك.
